Last Tuesday’s ice cream demo day was very successful. Steve Henshall from Moodies ice cream equipment supplier gave advice on recipe development and demonstrated the use of the ice cream machines which Holbeach Campus have had on loan since February. Students on the part-time Foundation Degree in Food Manufacture also benefitted from the ‘real life’ experience and feedback on their Elderflower ice cream from an ice cream expert.
