Jimmy Docherty popped in to Holbeach at the beginning of January to film an episode for a new series of Jimmy’s Farm. He is working alongside a large supermarket looking at products using a free range meat source, so they used the specialist laboratories and new product development kitchen at the Holbeach Campus.
