With recent events highlighting the need for food security and traceability, The National Skills Academy’s  Food Manufacturing Engineering Group (FMEG) is holding a seminar at the University of Manchester on Wednesday 2 April 2014.

NCFM’s Principal Lecturer in Food Manufacturing, Mike Dudbridge, is speaking on “Keeping track of information in Food Manufacturing – The real issues”.  He is joined by guest speakers from the Food and Drink Federation,  DEFRA, Wageningen University and Marks & Spencer.

This promises to be a very interesting and informative seminar, ending with a debate in which delegates can voice their views.
